“Was able to identify the problem from our initial phone call. Was correct when vised my home. Didn't try to find "other" things wrong that so many do these day to try and make more money. My husband and I were very impressed with promptness (actually came early), gave a thorough explanation of what is possibility happening (which we could understand), and assured us that it will take a few days to take effect, what to look our for, and to call if this happens. Very professional and pleasant. What really took us over the top, was the Thank You card we received in the mail for our business with them. My husband and I really miss good old fashion customer service where merchants treat us like they want our business again and not just out to make a quick buck. Well Visentin Plumbing showed us that and they have all of our business going forward! Ohhh and yes..referrals...referrals...referrals. Thank you Visentin!!!”
